4K (4 Year Old Kindergarten)
Now Enrolling for 4K 2012!
- DCPC is a community provider of district 4K programs in DeForest, Madison/MMSD, Monroe, Stoughton, Sun Prairie, and Verona.
- Your child must be 4 years old on or before September 1 to be eligible for 4K.
- Full Day Child Care is available for Families with a Child Care Subsidy. Please click here for more information. (Transportation is limited to the Sun Prairie full day program)
- If your child is eligible for enrollment, the Enrollment Specialist will contact you to set up a time to complete all your required enrollment forms and screenings at your new program site.
